About Alberta School of Skating Centre

Alberta Edge SSC was formed in 1993 by Lisa Bakken as an entity to incorporate hockey and power skating and junior figure skating schools in Edmonton, Alberta. In 2003, we have shifted to incorporate learn to skate programs for the youth in Edmonton. As a not for profit, we offer the best value with competitive pricing to all of our skaters! We strive to assist skaters in their development as people and athletes - fun, fitness, and friendship are all important components for today, and future life skills!

Our coaches have over 100+ years of national and international experience, including top NCCP level-3 certified professionals.
